ADWISERY carried ou a service project for compliance assessment, implementation, certification and maintenance audits of the IS management system and IT service management system in accordance with the requirements of the standards and certification services

During the implementation of the contract, we provided the following services:

• SHIF ISMS and IT SMS compliance standard ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1: assessment services for requirements and their changes, including:
  • preparation of the list of necessary ISMS and IT SMS process and procedure changes that meet the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard and coordination with the purchasing organization and other activities.
• ISMS and IT SMS installation services, including:
  • Analysis of processes and procedures and their efficiency, determination of optimization possibilities;
  • Preparation and coordination with the purchasing organization of recommendations for changes to the matrix of responsibilities and organizational structure necessary for the implementation of implemented or optimized ISMS and IT SMS processes and procedures projects;
  • Preparation of the technical specification of the service management system (English Service Desk) that meets the established IT PVS processes and the needs of VLK.
• ISMS and IT SMS certification (re-certification) and maintenance audits in VLK and Vilnius, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Kaunas territorial health funds in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards, including:
  • During the validity period of the certificates, i.e. i.e. In the years 2019-2021, preparation and coordination of actions and necessary documentation for the performance of ISMS and IT SMS supervision audits SHIF and territorial health fundin accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards with the contracting organization and other activities.
