ADWISERY carried out Information security management system and information technology service management system development and implementation services
At the SC Lithuanian Radio and Television Center (hereinafter – Telecentre), we performed services for the development and implementation of an information security management system (hereinafter – ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO / IEC 27001:2017 standard and an information technology service management system (hereinafter – ITSMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO / IEC 20000-1:2018 standard.
During the implementation of the contract:
- We performed an analysis of Telecentre’s processes related to the determination of ISMS and ITSMS, prepared a list of ISMS and ITSMS documents to be prepared and adjusted, and a calendar schedule for the development and implementation of ISMS and ITSMS;
- We prepared and agreed the ISMS documentation, the draft internal legal acts regulating the implementation of the ISS, as well as the draft internal legal acts regulating the implementation of the ITSMS;
- We conducted training for Telecentras employees, during which employees were trained on how to implement and maintain ISMS and ITSMS processes;
- We performed internal audits of ISVS and ITSMS;
- We performed the ISMS and ITSMS management evaluation, prepared the ISMS and ITSMS process improvement plan;
- Prepared for ISVS and ITSMS certification according to ISO / IEC 27001:2017 and ISO / IEC 20000-1:2018.
