ADWISERY carried out Information Technology and Cyber Security Management Services Project

During the implementation of the agreement, we provided Information Technology and Cyber Security Management Services, which included:

• Project Portfolio Management Services that included the management of projects under a risk management plan;
• Adaptation and harmonization of process procedures of internal procedures regulating the internal procedures regulating the information security management system in accordance with the requirements of the Lithuanian standard LST ISO / IEC 27001:2019;
• Information technology management services, namely the preparation and harmonization of a draft technical specification and qualification requirements for the procurement of inventory, updating and control of information and communication technology equipment and software and its implementation services.
