ADWISERY experts carried out Development and implementation of an information security management system that meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard, as well as consulting services during certification

During the performance of the contract, the following was performed:

• Analysis of the company’s processes related to the Information Security Management System (hereinafter – ISMS) and analysis and analysis of ISMS documents, prepared preparation and list of corrected ISMS documents and the calendar schedule for the creation and implementation of ISMS;
• Prepared and coordinated Statement of Applicability, Information Security Policy, drafts of internal legal acts regulating its and ISVS implementation;
• Prepared employee training materials and trained employees on the implementation and maintenance of ISVS processes;
• An internal audit of ISVS was performed and an internal audit report was prepared and coordinated;
• ISMS management evaluation analysis was performed, ISMS process improvement plan was prepared;
• Prepared for ISVS certification according to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard, provided consultations during ISVS certification.
