ADWISERY experts have launched NIS2 Directive preparation and CISO services for “Imlitex Service Center”, JSC.

- NIS2 Directive – marks a pivotal shift in the European Union’s approach to cybersecurity, introducing stringent measures and broadening the scope of entities under its wing.
- CISO – Chief Information Security Officer.
- GAP Analysis – identify the current situation and the desired situation, then present the difference, what is missing, to achieve the desired situation.
During the project, experts:
- Prepare the project schedule.
- Conduct a GAP analysis and prepare a GAP analysis report.
- Draft internal legal acts regulating information and cybersecurity management for the organization.
- Conduct training for the organization’s employees on the requirements of the NIS2 directive and their implementation within the organization.
- Perform an information security risk assessment and prepare an information security risk assessment report along with a risk management measures plan.
- Conduct continuity management plan testing exercises and prepare an exercise report.
- Provide CISO services as per the Orders.
Purpose:
- Assist in preparing for NIS2 Directive requirements, followed by ongoing CISO services.
