ADWISERY experts implemented a Chief Information and Cyber Security (CISO) implementation services project

During the performance of the contract, the following was performed:

• Prepared and coordinated description of confidential information management procedures.
• A list of individuals with IS administrator rights has been prepared and coordinated.
• A list of permissible software for users and administrators has been prepared and coordinated.
• A plan has been prepared and coordinated for the development of employee awareness in the areas of cybersecurity, personal data management, and protection.
• A procedure has been prepared and agreed upon for managing requests, incidents, and problems, as well as for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• The list of technical and organizational security measures applicable to data processing agreements with service providers has been defined.
• A list of informational resources has been prepared, and RPO and RTO indicators have been identified.
• A plan for ensuring the continuity of information technology operations has been prepared, including the restoration of data and software from backups and testing.
• A system for collecting, storing, and analysing journal entries – Log management – market analysis, proposing multiple solutions, and preparing technical specifications.
