ADWISERY experts implemented a service project to analyse consular service activities and prepare technical specifications for the management of consular procedures

During the performance of the contract, the following was performed:

• The project of the public procurement technical specification (hereinafter – Technical Specification) for the modernization of the Information System for the Analysis of Consular Services and Management of Consular Procedures (hereinafter – KPVS) was prepared, during the preparation of which there were:
  • Prepared and coordinated design solutions for new KPVS functions
  • Functional requirements of KPVS are specified and described
  • Specified and described requirements for data exchange
  • An analysis of the requirements for the modernization of KPVS, the purchase of software and hardware was performed and the technical requirements for them were described, as well as other work performed.
• The draft of the modernized KPVS regulations was prepared and coordinated
• Prepare and coordinate the drafts of public procurement documents for KPVS modernization services – Requirements for Providers’ qualifications and the methodology for evaluating Providers’ proposals based on their economic usefulness.
