ADWISERY experts implemented a services of the preparation of technical specifications for Warehouse Management and Inventory Accounting System and its implementation at the Health Emergency Situations Centre of the Ministry of Health.
During the implementation of the project there were:
- An analysis of the current situation was carried out, during which the ESSC inventory management processes were described. The SVS program used by ESSC, its modules, and available integrations were evaluated and described.
- Detail and describe the future ESSC inventory management processes, design and describe the future SVS, its modules (subsystems), necessary integrations with internal and external information systems.
- The technical specification project for the acquisition and implementation of SVS, prepared and agreed with ESSC, for the procurement of its acquisition and installation services.
- The SVS regulations and data security regulations have been prepared in coordination with the ESSC and the relevant authorities.
Health Emergency Situations Centre of the Ministry of Health was satisfied with the competence of ADWISERY experts, the ability to delve into the Company’s needs and the deadlines for the implementation of contractual obligations and provided a feedback.
