ADWISERY experts started a service to prepare for the NIS2 Directive at JSC “Norameda”.
* Abbreviations and explanations
- NIS2 Directive – marks a pivotal shift in the European Union’s approach to cybersecurity, introducing stringent measures and broadening the scope of entities under its wing.
- GAP Analysis – identify the current situation and the desired situation, then present the difference, what is missing, to achieve the desired situation.
During the project experts:
- Will prepare the project schedule.
- Will collect information about the security situation of the existing infrastructure and perform an assessment (GAP analysis).
- Will prepare an implementation plan for the requirements of the NIS2 directive.
- Will prepare internal legal acts (policies, procedures, procedures) regulating the organization’s information and cyber security management.
- Will carry out an information security risk assessment and preparation of a plan of management measures.
- Will perform business continuity testing exercises.
- Will prepare a Monitoring plan.
- Will organize training on the implementation of the NIS2 directive for employees (up to 4 a.m., up to 20 participants).
