ADWISERY experts started the project to prepare the technical specifications for the Warehouse management and stock accounting system of the Health Emergency Situations Centre of the Ministry of Health.

During the project, experts:
- Will prepare criteria for evaluating the quality of the schedule and results.
- Will perform an analysis of the current situation (the SVS program used by ESSC and the processes implemented, property rights, etc. are analyzed and evaluated).
- Will provide an analysis of the inventory management process, assess changes, and provide descriptions.
- The technical specification of the Warehouse management and inventory accounting system and its implementation will be updated.
- Will provide consultations during public procurement and perform technical evaluations of potential suppliers’ proposals.
