ADWISERY experts started NIS2 Directive preparation services for “Litesko”, JSC.

- NIS2 Directive – marks a pivotal shift in the European Union’s approach to cybersecurity, introducing stringent measures and broadening the scope of entities under its wing.
- GAP Analysis – identify the current situation and the desired situation, then present the difference, what is missing, to achieve the desired situation.
During the project, experts:
- Conduct a GAP analysis and prepare a GAP analysis report.
- Draft internal legal documents (policies, procedures, etc.) regulating the organization’s information and cybersecurity management.
- Conduct training for the organization’s employees on the requirements of the NIS2 directive and their implementation in the organization.
- Perform an information security risk assessment, prepare a risk assessment report, and develop a risk management action plan.
- Conduct business continuity management plan testing exercises and prepare an exercise report.
- Provide consulting services upon request.
Purpose:
- To assist the Client in properly preparing for the requirements of the NIS2 directive.
Benefits:
- Implementation of the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law of the Republic of Lithuania and its subordinate legislation.
