ADWISERY experts started the project of the Business Continuity Management System development and implementation in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 22301 standard at the Lithuanian National Radio and Television.

- BIA – Business Continuity Management System
Experts will implement during the project:
- Preparation of the BIA document package.
- Assessment of the impact of the most important business processes (Business Impact Analysis – BIA).
- Preparation of business continuity management plan and organization of its testing.
- Preparation of the BIA monitoring, measurement and control plan.
- Conducting internal audit of BIA and Management evaluation analysis.
- Participation and assistance during the certification audit.
Purpose:
- Create and implement a Business Continuity Management System (hereinafter referred to as the Business Continuity Management System) that meets the requirements of the ISO 22301:2019 standard and prepare for certification.
