ADWISERY experts started the services of implementation and optimization of the Business Continuity Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 22301 standard at “DPD Lietuva”, JSC.
During the project, experts will perform:
- Preparation activities of the business continuity plan according to the requirements of the ISO 22301:2019 standard:
- Preparing/updating the list of business processes
- Preparation of the policy and methodology for assessing the criticality of business processes
- Criticality assessment of business processes
- Updating the business continuity management plan
- Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) preparation services:
- Updating/preparation of DRP plans.
- Preparation of DRP test plan and scenarios.
Purpose:
- Prepare Business Continuity Management Plan (BCP) and Business Recovery Plans (DRP).
Benefits:
- The recommendations of the internal auditor have been implemented.
