ADWISERY experts together with joint venture partners JSC Corporate Securitus at the Environmental Protection Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) have started a service project for evaluation and optimization of the activities of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department and laboratory research processes and used laboratory research (LRMIS).

Purpose:
- Streamline the activities of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department and the Agency’s laboratory research process and select the appropriate LRMIS;
- Assessment of the current situation of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department;
- Assessment of the situation sought by the activities of the Environmental Research Department of the Agency;
- Preparation of an action plan aimed at achieving the situation sought by the activities of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department;
- Evaluation of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department’s existing laboratory testing processes and LIMS in use;
- Evaluation of opportunities for efficiency improvement of laboratory research processes and LIMS of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department.
Benefits:
- A plan for the efficiency of the Agency’s Environmental Research Department and the Agency’s laboratory research process and LIMS has been prepared.
