ADWISERY experts in the State Food and Veterinary Service (hereinafter – SFVS) started a project for the adjustment of investment projects for the development of an information system.
* Abbreviations and explanations
- SFVSIS – the State Food and Veterinary Service information system;
- IP – investment project.
Purpose:
- To make adjustments to the investment project for the establishment of the SFVSIS according to the changed circumstances (when the alternative of leasing intangible assets becomes clear and the need to detail the acquisition / replacement of new intangible assets arises).
Benefits:
- Adjusted investment project for the establishment of a control SFVS, on the basis of which the SFVS could receive funding and implement activities for the establishment of a SFVS.
Activities:
- Examine the alternative of leasing intangible assets, presenting the results as part of the results of the investment project;
- Examine alternatives for the improvement of intangible assets and the acquisition / replacement of new intangible assets, presenting the results as part of the results of the investment project;
- Adjust the sections of the financial analysis, economic analysis, sensitivity and risk, project implementation plan according to the results of the analysis of alternatives.
