Compliance assessment services of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating information security and cyber security
Service
Entities which controls and/or manages information resources of the state must implement the organizational and technical requirements of cyber security established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – Requirements).
Compliance assessment of information technology security according to 2020 December 4 by the Resolution of the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Lithuania No. V-941 approved information technology security compliance assessment methodology must be organized and performed at least once a year .
Entities must submit a compliance assessment to the National Cyber Security Center, failure to comply with this requirement, or failure to comply with this requirement in a timely manner, will result in a warning or fine to the heads of legal entities or other responsible persons.

Result
- Assessed compliance. Assess the Requirements required to ensure the requirements established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
- Report prepared. A compliance assessment report has been prepared, in which non-compliances with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania have been identified during the compliance assessment
- Recommendations prepared. Recommendations have been prepared during the compliance assessment to identify non-compliance
- An appropriate report has been prepared for upload to ARSIS
