Supervision of projects of the design, implementation and development of information systems and IT solutions

Service

Supervision service is intended for organizations, that are implementing projects for the development, deployment, maintenance and / or development of information technology solutions and / or information systems. The main factors determining the success of the project are adequate planning, precise resource management and constant control of project activities. The purpose of supervision service is to ensure adequate planning of project activities in the context of the desired results and available resources, to guarantee the control of the project activities that are being carried out and to assess the quality of the results of those activities.

IT solutions and / or information systems development and implementation projects must be performed in accordance with the Director of the Information Society Development Committee under the Ministry of Transport and Communications 2014 m. January 25 order no. T-29 “On the Approval of the Life Cycle Management Methodology of State Information Systems” , and the Director of the Information Society Development Committee under the Ministry of Transport and Communications 2017 November 22 order no. T-126 on “Approval of Maintenance Recommendations for Projects Developing Electronic Services and Information Technology Solutions” .

Process

• Prepare project maintenance plan, testing documentation and testing methodology
• Assess the compliance of the developed IS and / or implemented IT solution with the requirements of the technical specification
• Control of ongoing activities
• Evaluation of the quality of the results of activities
• Testing of the developed IS and / or implemented IT solution
• If necessary, perform vulnerability assessment of the created IS and / or implemented IT solution
• Prepare periodic project status reports for the project monitoring commission
• Provide technical support to the customer

Result

• Project supervision plan and schedule
• IS and / or IT solution is tested and possible deviations form specified requirements are identified
• Identified security vulnerabilities in the IS and / or IT solution
• Interim and final maintenance reports
