ADWISERY experts at the State Enterprise Center of Registers and the National Center for General Functions have launched a project for the preparation of a feasibility study for the Information System E. Invoice.

Purpose:
- Prepare a feasibility study for the modernization of the IS E. Invoice, which will include:
- IS manager change;
- Removal of IS from the IT infrastructure of the Center of Registers;
- Finding solutions that allow data exchange with the help of applications (instead of direct exchange in PL / SQL databases);
- And database conversion from Oracle to SQL preparation services.
Benefits:
- Analyze and estimate the costs of changing and removing the account manager from the IT infrastructure of the Registry E. Invoice and the change of the currently used Oracle domain database to SQL, will allow to make appropriate decisions:
- The costs of relocating the IS from the existing infrastructure and database management system, as well as the costs of creating a new infrastructure will be assessed separately;
- During the detailed calculations of the system maintenance costs, the changes in the service provision model will be analyzed and evaluated, and conclusions will be presented.
